Anyone who wants to gently document and preserve belongings or memories for themselves, their family, or a small circle of people they choose. If you're under 13, please use the app with a parent or guardian.

Photos, videos, recipes, notes, and stories you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, display them back to you, generate previews, and run optional AI helpers (like a suggested title or handwriting transcription) at your request.

• Content you upload, including photos, videos, and documents.
• Having the right to upload it — for example, photos you took or that belong to your family.
• Respecting the privacy and dignity of other people who appear in your uploads.
• Not uploading anything illegal, exploitative, or harmful. See our Acceptable Use page for details.

Items are private by default. Nothing is shared publicly unless you explicitly choose to share it. You control the visibility of every item — private to you, shared with family, shared by link, or (only if you opt in) listed publicly for sale.

We offer optional AI helpers — for example, drafting a description from a photo, transcribing handwritten notes, or suggesting a price range. These can be wrong or imprecise. Please review anything AI produces before relying on it, especially handwriting transcriptions, names, dates, and prices. AI suggestions are a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy.

• Support contributions are voluntary. Thank you, but you're never required to give.
• A contribution is a gift — it does not unlock or guarantee any specific feature.
• Subscription plans (where offered) describe what's included at the time of purchase. Features may evolve, improve, or change over time as the platform grows.
• Payment processing is handled by trusted third parties.

We reserve the right, with care, to:

• Remove content that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
• Suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform or other people.
• Limit automated activity, scraping, or misuse that affects others.
• Update these policies over time. Material changes will be noted on this page.

We work hard to keep your memories safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages. Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

You can delete items or close your account at any time. If you'd like help exporting your memories first, reach out via the Support page.
